First visit
What to expect
A first visit takes a little longer than the session, because the first few minutes are for talking.
You fill in a short intake on the booking page before you come. I read it, ask about pressure and anything to leave alone, and the session starts when you are ready. The intake is where health questions belong, not in the contact form.
Arrive ten minutes early

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a session on the online calendar. A first visit is a 60-minute session for most people.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Nothing but yourself. Wear what is easy to take off and put back on, and bring a water bottle if you like.
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Come ten minutes early. There is parking at the door, and the entrance has no steps.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
A short talk about pressure, then the session. You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time, and you can stop whenever you like.
- 05
Step 5: Afterward
A glass of water, a minute to sit up slowly, and your next evening booked before you go if you want it.
Good to know
Before you come
What to wear
Undress to your comfort. You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time.
Pressure
I ask before you start and check again partway through. Lighter or firmer is always your call.
Right to stop
You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, for any reason.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, or have had recent surgery or an injury, ask your doctor or midwife before you book.
Choose an evening
Pick a length and a time online. A 60-minute Swedish session is the usual first booking.
