This page explains what this website does with the information you give it. It does not describe your intake form, which belongs to the booking page we link to and is explained there.

What the website collects

The contact form collects only what you type: your name, how to reach you, the best time and your message. We use it to answer you. The form asks you not to include medical details.

Booking

When you choose a time, you leave this website and use our booking page. It asks for the information it needs to hold your session. Read its notice before you submit.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people who help us run the practice, or when the law requires it.
